[Fixed] Apply button in Entity Editor does not work

ORM Designer 2.1.8.687, MVC: Symfony2, ORM: Doctrine2

The apply button in the Entity Editor dialog has no effect.

Expected behavior: Save changes to the entity, update visual model (like clicking on OK) but stay in Entity Editor.

Apply button fixed.

Unfortunately isn't possible to update visual model before dialog is closed. Apply button works only as "Save changes". If you press "Cancel" after that, all changes before "Apply" remains.
