Skipper 3.2.31: UUID and ULID for Doctrine2

Skipper 3.2.31 was released in January 2021. It added UUID and ULID data types for Doctrine2 and fixed the export of ::class annotations. It also improved the Laravel export, the PostgreSQL import and the MySQL support.

We are back with a new Skipper version. It brings mostly the Doctrine2 and Laravel bug-fixes reported by our users.
The new 3.2.31 version is available on the Skipper download site, or you can just launch the application and it makes the update automatically.
