Skipper 3.2.13: better inheritance support

Skipper 3.2.13 was released in July 2018. It improved inheritance: derived entities can use base-class fields and show the inherited fields in the diagram. It also added new Doctrine2 field options, a PSR-2 compliant PHP export and an optimized internal storage for large projects.
