[Implemented] Printing on Mac

How do I print the ERD? It seems the print option is grayed out, and I don't see any printer configuration options. In ORMD2, I can export a pdf, which looks much better in ORMD2 (in ORMD1 all the icons were mis-registered). Good job!

But in ORMD 1, the print option gave me control over pagination, so I could make a large graph fit on multiple pages. If I have one large pdf, I don't have control over making it span pages any more, unless I find a third party option maybe.

Unfortunately ORMD2 now doesn't have print support now. It's one of important feature we need to implement as soon as possible. We have plans to implement the same dialog like in original v1.

Printing support was added in the latest version, Skipper.
