[Fixed] Closing the project tree does not unset checkmark in "Panels Visibility"

ORM Designer 2.1.6.677

I close the Project Tree by clicking the X on the panel. Then I want to re-open that panel and open "Panels Visibility" drop down. "Project Tree" is still checked there and I need to uncheck and check it to re-open the panel.
Same with Property Editor and Navigator.
