How can I buy Skipper license?

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with your Paypal account, credit card, via bank transfer or through our partners’ gateways. More information you can find in the Payment methods article.

Why is VAT applied to my order?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is applied only to orders from European Union without valid VAT ID, in accordance with tax legislation.

How quickly will I receive my license after the payment?

As soon as we receive your payment notification, you get your license. You receive it by email and you also find it directly on the purchase site. This process usually takes about one minute.

Can I get some discount?

Yes, we offer special 20% discount for writing a review. For more details about the discount please contact us on email [email protected]

Do you have some discount for academic institutions?

Yes, we offer a special discount for these purposes. Academic institutions can buy Skipper for €99 per license, minimum purchase quantity is 10 licenses.

Invoice questions

Will I receive an invoice for my payment?

Of course! After we receive the payment notification from our payment gateway, you will get your license and also a link to electronic invoice.

Can I get a confirmed receipt?

In case you need a receipt with a signature and stamp, please email us your license ID and we will send you the confirmed document in PDF format.
